Most people do not need someone to fill in a form for them. They need someone who knows what a consulate is looking for, and who will say so before the application is lodged rather than after it is refused.

What advisory means
What Schengen visa advisory means at Flypass
Advisory means we prepare and check your Schengen application, and tell you honestly what is likely to happen with it. It covers five things: confirming the correct consulate, guidance on the biometric appointment, preparing and ordering your documents, drafting your cover letter, and a final audit of the complete file before it is submitted. We do not make decisions and we cannot influence them. We make sure what reaches the consulate is right.
Abdul Mateen, who founded the practice, reads the cases himself. You are not handed down a queue of advisers, and the person who replies to your first message is the person who reads your file.
The substance
The five things advisory covers
1. The Schengen Visa Code, applied to your case.
The rules are public. What is not obvious is how they apply to a specific person. We work to the Code itself: main destination, the 90 in 180 day rule, and whether a multiple entry request is realistic in your circumstances or better left alone. Most bad advice in this area comes from applying somebody else's situation to yours.
2. Correct consulate selection.
Your application must go to the consulate of your main destination, meaning the country where you will spend the most nights. If nights are split equally, it goes to the country you enter first. Getting this wrong can have a file refused before anyone reads it properly, and that refusal stays on your record. This is settled before anything else happens.
3. Biometric appointment guidance.
The appointment is the binding constraint on the whole timeline, so it is identified early and everything else is built backwards from it. We confirm the correct visa application centre for your destination, tell you exactly what its booking or registration process asks of you, and make sure your file is ready to move the moment a date is available rather than scrambling afterwards.
4. Document guidance and preparation.
Every required paper assembled, ordered, and checked. This is also where financial evidence is reviewed the way an officer will read it, because most refusals grow from financial doubt rather than a missing form. If something in your file is likely to raise a question, you hear it from us first.
5. Cover letter drafting.
Your cover letter is the one page where your application speaks in full sentences. We draft it around your actual legal status in the UK, your profession, your travel history and your reason for travel, rather than adapting a template written for somebody else. And then the audit. Every document you will carry on the day is read line by line against the rest of the file before submission. The audit comes before the application is lodged, never after.
Qualification
Who this is for, and who it is not for
Advisory is worth it if your case has something in it that a consulate will look at twice: a previous refusal, a tight deadline, a multi-country itinerary, complicated finances, self-employment, or a status like indefinite leave to remain that gets read more carefully than people expect.
Advisory is probably not worth it if you have a straightforward case, settled finances, time in hand, and the patience to read the rules yourself. Plenty of people apply successfully on their own. If that is you, we will tell you so on the first message rather than take a fee for work you do not need.
Advisory is not the right service at all if you are moving to Europe to study, work, retire or join family. That is a national long-stay Type D visa, governed by different rules and a different authority. Everything on this page concerns short-stay Type C visas, up to 90 days in any 180-day period.

Yes. A previous refusal makes preparation more important, not less. Refusals are issued on standard grounds, and the grounds tell you what the consulate doubted: usually the purpose and conditions of the stay, the reliability of the supporting documents, or whether you would leave before the visa expired. We read the refusal notice, identify which of those applies to you, and rebuild the application to answer it directly rather than resubmitting the same file with a different date.
Sometimes, and often not. The consulate's own processing time is 15 calendar days and can extend to 45 where additional checks apply, and appointment availability is usually the tighter constraint. If your dates cannot be serviced honestly, we say so at the first message rather than take the fee and hope.
No, and no honest agency can. Decisions are made solely by the consulate. What we control is the quality of your application: the right consulate, a complete file, a cover letter and itinerary that fit your circumstances, sound financial presentation, and a line by line audit before submission.
Our fee starts from £95 and is confirmed to you in writing before any work begins, with nothing added later.
