What to put in your first message
You will get a much more useful reply if your first message covers these. It takes two minutes and it saves four rounds of back and forth.
Which country you are travelling to, and anywhere else you plan to visit on the same trip
Roughly when, even if the dates are not fixed
Your nationality, because that decides whether you need a visa at all
Your status in the UK, for example a work visa, a student visa, or indefinite leave to remain
Whether you have applied for a Schengen visa before, and what happened
That last one matters more than people expect. A previous refusal changes how the whole application should be built, and it is much better to know at the first message than at the last.
You do not need to send documents yet. Nothing is charged, and no work begins, until terms are agreed with you in writing.

If your case has something in it worth talking through, a previous refusal, a trip across several countries, self-employment, or a deadline you are not sure about, a call is often the quickest way to get to the bottom of it.
Before you ask for one, two things.
If you just want a quick answer, WhatsApp is faster and costs you nothing. Calls are for cases that need a conversation.
And the call is a conversation, not a sales pitch. If we think you can do this yourself, we will say so on the call.

We tell you honestly whether you need us. If your case is straightforward and you have time in hand, we say so. Plenty of people apply successfully on their own.
If we can help, you get a written quote. Our fee starts from £95 and is confirmed in writing before any work begins. Nothing is added later, and nothing is charged until you agree.
If we cannot help, we say that too. If your dates cannot be serviced honestly, or your case is outside what we do, you will hear it at the first message rather than after you have paid.
