You will be able to track it.
The centre gives you a reference and its own tracking, and it contacts you when your passport is ready.
From your first message to your passport coming back, here is every stage of a Flypass case, in the order it happens, including the parts most people are nervous about.

You message us. WhatsApp, the form, or email. Tell us where you are going, roughly when, your nationality, and your status in the UK. That is enough for a first answer.
You get a straight reply the same working day, Monday to Saturday. Abdul Mateen, who founded the practice, reads the cases himself, so the reply comes from the person who would handle yours.
We tell you whether you need us. If your case is straightforward and you have time in hand, we say so. Plenty of people apply successfully alone. If your case has something in it that a consulate will look at twice, we say that instead, and explain what is included.
Nothing is charged at this stage. No fee is taken and no work begins until terms are agreed with you in writing. Our fee starts from £95.
Stage one
Before any paperwork, we settle three things.
Stage two
The appointment is the constraint everything else depends on, so it is dealt with before the paperwork rather than after it.
Stage three
We send you a checklist built for your case, not a generic list. What a self-employed applicant needs to show is not what a salaried employee needs to show.
You send documents as you gather them. Email is fine. You do not need to have everything at once, and it is better to send things as they arrive so problems surface early.
We prepare the parts that need drafting. Your cover letter, written around your actual circumstances. Your day by day itinerary, matched to your bookings.
We tell you what cover your insurance must have. The rules require travel medical insurance valid across the Schengen area for your whole stay, with a minimum of EUR 30,000. We tell you what to look for so the policy you buy meets it.
We review your financial evidence the way an officer will. Most refusals grow from financial doubt rather than a missing form. If something in your bank statements is likely to raise a question, you hear it from us first, while there is still time to explain or address it.
Stage four
Every document you will carry is read line by line against the rest of the file before you go anywhere.
We are checking that the file agrees with itself. That the dates on the itinerary match the accommodation bookings. That the financial evidence supports the trip described. That nothing contradicts anything else.
The audit happens before submission, never after. Catching a problem here costs an afternoon.
Stage five
This is the part people ask about most, so here is what actually happens.
Stage six
Your file goes from the visa application centre to the consulate, which makes the decision. We do not, and no agency does.
The centre gives you a reference and its own tracking, and it contacts you when your passport is ready.
Either by collection or by courier, depending on the centre and what you chose when you applied.
We will help you understand what has been asked and what a sensible response looks like.
Look at the dates, the number of entries and the duration of stay. Errors are rare but they happen, and they are far easier to correct before you are at an airport.
That is the whole process, start to finish. If anything above raises a question specific to your case, ask us before you begin.
At every stage
We do not issue visas and we cannot influence a decision. Decisions are made solely by the consulate.
We are not affiliated with any government, embassy, consulate, VFS Global, TLScontact, BLS International or Global Visa Center World.
We never handle official fees. Those are paid by you, directly, at your appointment.
We do not guarantee outcomes, and you are always free to apply on your own without us.

No. Flypass Holidays Limited is a private consultancy registered in England and Wales, company number 16891200. We are not affiliated with any government, embassy or consulate, nor with VFS Global, TLScontact, BLS International or Global Visa Center World. We cannot issue a visa and we cannot influence a decision.
No. Everything is handled remotely by WhatsApp and email. We are based in Ipswich and work with clients across the United Kingdom. The only thing you attend in person is your own biometric appointment, and that is at the visa application centre, not with us.
Abdul Mateen, the founder. He reads the cases himself, so the person who answers your first message is the person who prepares your file.
After terms are agreed in writing, and never before. Our fee starts from £95 and covers preparation and advice. The official visa fee and the application centre's service charge are separate, and you pay those directly at your appointment.
We send a checklist built around your case once we have assessed it. Broadly it will cover your passport, your UK status, evidence of employment or study, financial evidence, and your travel plans. You can send things as you gather them rather than all at once.
No. Biometrics must be given by you in person, and visa application centres do not admit representatives in your place. What we can do is make sure you arrive with a file that does not need fixing at the counter.
No. Your passport stays with your application and is returned after the decision, either by collection or by courier. Plan around not having it for the whole of that period, and do not book anything else that needs it.
Tell us. Most day-of problems are document questions, and most are answerable. The point of the audit stage is that these are rare, but if one happens you are not on your own with it.
Tell us where you are going and when. You will get a straight answer the same working day, including if the answer is that your case does not need us.
